Download and install the hitbola app
We provide three ways to access hitbola on mobile. Android users can download our APK directly from hitbola (no Google Play store needed). iOS users access hitbola through Safari or a web app pinned to the home screen—native iOS apps require App Store review, so we use this browser-based method. Both Android APK and iOS web-app routes sync with your hitbola account instantly.
Installation steps for Android
- Download the hitbola APK file from our website or via the link provided in your email.
- Open your device settings, go to Security, and enable "Unknown sources" to permit installation from outside the Google Play store.
- Open the downloaded APK file and tap "Install"; the app will be added to your home screen within seconds.
- Launch hitbola, sign in with your username and password, and two-factor authentication (if enabled), then start playing.
Installation steps for iOS
- Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to the hitbola website.
- Sign in to your hitbola account and tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Add to Home Screen," choose a name (e.g. "hitbola"), and tap "Add"; the icon appears on your home screen as a web app.
- Tap the hitbola icon to launch the app; it opens in full-screen mode without the Safari address bar.
App versus browser: strengths and trade-offs
Our hitbola app (Android APK) offers offline caching—game assets load faster on repeat visits, and some game data is cached locally. Push notifications alert you to sportsbook odds changes, live-dealer table availability, and account events. App mode also prevents accidental browser back-button navigation, reducing the risk of losing an open session. On iOS, the web app behaves nearly identically to the app except for push notifications, which require native app capabilities. The browser version (desktop or mobile) has no offline cache and no push notifications but requires no installation and works on any device with a modern browser.
Device compatibility and system requirements
We at hitbola support Android 7.0 and later; most devices from 2016 onward meet this requirement. iOS web apps work on iOS 12 and later, covering all modern iPhones and iPads. Desktop browsers include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on Windows, macOS, and Linux. We recommend at least 2 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) for smooth live-dealer streaming and real-time sportsbook updates. Older devices may experience lag during high-demand periods such as Liga 1 match days or major Piala AFF fixtures.
Common installation issues and solutions
If you cannot install the Android APK, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your device settings. Some devices (Samsung, Xiaomi) hide this setting under a manufacturer-specific name—search your settings for "Installation from unknown sources" or "Allow installation of apps from unknown sources." If you see a certificate warning, it is normal; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. For iOS, ensure you are using a recent version of Safari and that iCloud Keychain or another password manager is not blocking the login. If the web app fails to load, clear Safari's cache: go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, then try again. On desktop, disable any browser extensions that block cookies or scripts, as our login system requires both.
Data, permissions, and account security on hitbola
When you download the hitbola Android app, we request permission to store files (for offline game assets), access the camera (for ID verification during KYC), and receive notifications. We do not share these permissions with third parties. Your login credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication (enabled in your account settings) adds a second verification step: a code sent to your phone must be entered after your password. All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and encrypted end-to-end.
